RECIPE:
Cut-up and wash cauliflower. Prepare a microwave/oven safe dish with a cooking spray and
about a tablespoon of water.
Cover
and cook for about 5-10 minutes until “al-dente”, don’t over cook. Drain water and season with salt
and pepper to taste and add the grated cheese, breadcrumbs and drizzle with
olive oil.
Bake
at 425 degrees in same dish until golden brown, about 10 – 15 minutes. Before serving drizzle additional
olive oil to taste.
